"We produce premium Grade 1 Cocoa beans with a rich, earthy profile. Our pods are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. The beans undergo a strict 6-day natural fermentation in wooden boxes to develop deep chocolate notes and reduce acidity. They are then sun-dried on clean mats until moisture hits a perfect 7%. We sort by size and defect, ensuring high cocoa butter content in every batch. Packed in breathable jute bags, our cocoa is ready for fine chocolate making. We produce premium coffee beans through a patient, traditional process. Our coffee is hand-picked at full maturity to ensure maximum flavour content. The beans undergo a rigorous killing and sweating process to lock in flavor, followed by months of slow sun-drying and shade-curing. This develops the signature dark, oily texture and creamy aroma. Each bean is hand-sorted by length and vacuum-sealed to preserve its fresh, rich profile. Grade A quality, ready for global export"
